To create your account, simply press the ‘Register’ button to get started! Our interactive onboarding will guide you through the steps to create an account. There is also a video tutorial of this process at the bottom of the page.
As this app is being used as part of a research project, you will be required to provide consent for us to use the data for our research. Without this you will be unable to participate in the use of this app. Please take some time to read the participant information and terms of use documents provided. If you have any questions you can contact the researchers directly via email (hello@ifgive.app). You are free to withdraw from the research at any time, however, you will lose access to the use of the app.
Once you have completed the registration process, you will then need to confirm your email address. You should see an email in your mailbox right away (it’s possible it may be in your spam folder). If you don’t see the mail you can request it to be sent again (see screenshot below). If you run into any issues at this stage, contact support.
Participants like you will be invited to start using the app in waves from February 2022 onwards. To guarantee the best performance for all users, we may temporarily restrict new registrations by using a queue that works on a first come first serve basis. If you are placed in the queue you will be able to see your position and will be notified once your account is ready to be used.
